How MySalon25 protects your personal data under the GDPR

MySalon25 is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice explains your rights as a data subject and how we uphold them.
1. Data Controller
Digiverse Comm.V is the data controller for personal data processed through the MySalon25 platform. Contact: mysalon25@digiverse.be.
2. Lawful Bases for Processing
We process personal data on the following lawful bases: (a) Contract — to provide the MySalon25 service you have subscribed to; (b) Legal obligation — to comply with Belgian and EU tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements; (c) Legitimate interests — to improve platform security and performance, provided these interests do not override your fundamental rights; (d) Consent — for optional communications such as newsletters.
3. Your Rights under the GDPR
As a data subject, you have the following rights. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting us at mysalon25@digiverse.be. We will respond within 30 days.
Right of Access (Art. 15)
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you, and to receive a copy of that data.
Right to Rectification (Art. 16)
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or incomplete data completed.
Right to Erasure (Art. 17)
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18)
You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances, for example while you contest its accuracy.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)
Where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to Object (Art. 21)
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time.
4. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights listed above, contact us by email at mysalon25@digiverse.be. Please include your name and, if applicable, your salon name so we can locate your data. We will respond within 30 days and will not charge a fee for your request.
5. International Data Transfers
MySalon25 is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where sub-processors located outside the EEA are used, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
6. Right to Lodge a Complaint

7. Changes to This Notice
We may update this GDPR notice from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
